Introducing our advanced 4KW Fiber Laser, a pinnacle of modern technology. Our laser system is equipped to efficiently cut a wide array of materials, including Carbon
Steel, Aluminium, Brass, and Stainless Steel. Its remarkable capabilities extend to materials ranging in thickness from as delicate as 0.55mm to a substantial 20mm.

Specifically, here are the material thicknesses we can accommodate within cutting tolerance of ±0.05mm to ±1.0mm:

  • Carbon Steel: 0.55mm – 25mm
  • Stainless Steel: 0.55mm – 10mm
  • Aluminium: 0.70mm – 12mm
  • Brass: 0.55mm – 8mm

Press Brake

We possess a 170-ton Press Brake equipped with specialized tooling for customization. Additionally, our capabilities extend to a 5 Axis Press Brake spanning 3.2 meters in length. Our expertise allows us to skilfully bend materials such as Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, and Aluminium, ensuring we meet your precise specifications.

Bending Capacity (Calculated for a Bending Length of 3000mm): Achieving precise bends is our commitment. We maintain folding tolerances of ±1mm and ±1°, which may vary depending on factors such as material variations, bending radius, and design intricacies.

  • ≤ 5mm Carbon Steel
  • ≤ 3mm Stainless Steel
  • ≤ 6mm Aluminium
